Here’s everything we know about Destiny 2 Guardian Games 2023 event, including start date & time, leaks, and more.

Destiny 2 Guardian Games 2023 – Start & end date

According to Bungie, the Guardian Games will begin on May 2, 2023 (week 10 of Season of the Defiance). It will conclude on May 23, making the event three weeks long in total.

What are Destiny 2 Guardian Games?

It’s easy to get started in the Guardian Games if this is your first time competing. Players who participate in events throughout the event’s three-week duration will earn medals.

For the most part, you can play normally and passively earn these medallions. Return your medallions to the Tower and deposit them to add points to your current class total.

If you’re really invested in this competition, you might want to only deposit medallions with your favorite class, but that’s entirely up to you. The winners will have a statue dedicated to their class displayed in the Tower for a year.

This is the fourth Guardian Games competition, with each class having won one previously. This year, one class will be in charge, so make every effort to represent your class well.

Destiny 2 Guardian Games 2023 – Rewards

As there always has been, each class will get a new set of armor. In the past, Guardians Games armor sets have been based on sports like the Olympics. This year’s armor seems to have a slightly newer look.

The theme is definitely sporty but much more modern, according to some leaked 3D models of the new armour. It includes a baseball cap for the Hunter, headphones for the Titan, and even a more streamlined version of the typically ornate Warlock armour.

That’s everything we know so far about Destiny 2 Guadian Games 2023.
