While Altars of Lilith emit a noticeable red glow, most of them are cleverly hidden and can easily be missed. Each Altar of Lilith offers exciting rewards for players who invest time and effort into finding them. These include a permanent increase in one of your stats, 10 Renown Points, and a small amount of experience points (XP). The stats that can be enhanced through the altars include Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, Willpower, Max Murmuring Orbs, and Paragon Points.

Where to Find Altars of Lilith

Discovering all 160 Altars of Lilith requires careful exploration as many of them are skillfully hidden from plain sight. To make your search more efficient, it is advisable to approach it region-by-region rather than randomly searching for them. The Altars of Lilith are distributed among the five different regions in varying quantities:

Fractured Peaks Altar of Lilith Locations

  • Crags of Ill Wind: Located at the bottom of a small ridge.
  • Fields of Judgment: Inside a rocky crater facing away from the path.
  • Kor Dragan: On the south ramparts, accessed by a ladder, after clearing the stronghold.
  • Malnok: Found inside a house blocked by ice, which can only be accessed after clearing the stronghold.
  • Melnik’s Hill: Housed inside a house.
  • Nostrava: Accessed through a broken wall at the back of a house, after clearing the stronghold.
  • The Deep White: Tucked away at the bottom of another ridge.

Scosglen Altar of Lilith Locations

  • Hope’s Light: Requires stronghold access to the east before reaching the statue.
  • Moordaine Lodge: Found at a stronghold site, accessible by ducking under the log to the northwest of the entrance.
  • Stormbreak Cove: Positioned on the southeast shore of Hope’s Light, with its back to the camera.
  • The Daudur Peats: Almost completely obscured by a wall, located east of Tirmair.
  • Tur Dulra: Located to the east of the stronghold, accessible by breaking a log and jumping across a small platform.

Dry Steppes Altar of Lilith Locations

  • Path of Stray Souls : South of Fate’s Retreat, concealed behind rocks.
  • Qara Yisu: Located to the east of the stronghold, hidden by wooden scaffolding.
  • Temple of Rot: Can be collected without clearing the stronghold, simply by interacting with the statue.
  • The Onyx Watchtower : Hidden in a cave on the southeast corner of the stronghold. No need to unlock the entire stronghold to access it.
  • Wayward Plains, north: Found at the back of a cave, partially obscured by the cave wall.

Kehjistan Altar of Lilith Locations

  • Alcarnus: This statue can be grabbed with little trouble. There are a few enemies about, but you’ll probably have more trouble trying to see it. It’s partially hidden by the wooden scaffolding next to a building.
  • Altar of Ruin: Another altar you can grab without unlocking the stronghold. You’ll need to run past several packs of enemies to reach it, though.
  • Central Plateau: This statue is also hidden by trees and has its back facing the camera, making it even more tricky to spot.
  • Fields of Hatred, northwest: This one is very well hidden by trees.
  • Omath’s Redoubt: You need to unlock this stronghold to open the door that leads to the Altar of Lilith here. It’s easy to find once you do.

Hawezar Altar of Lilith Locations

  • Blightmarsh, northwest: Tucked away in a narrow alcove.
  • Crusader’s Monument: You can run in and grab this statue without unlocking the stronghold first. It’s partially hidden by a tree on the left side of the platform.
  • Eriman’s Pyre : Accessible only after unlocking the stronghold, this statue is found next to the entrance of the Oblivion dungeon.
  • Ruins of Rakhat Keep: Found in the northernmost area of the keep. You’ll need to jump across to reach it.
  • Vyeresz : Located inside a stronghold, but you can quickly grab it by running in. Be prepared for an elite enemy on the platform.
