Wild Rift Leaks indicate the arrival of a new Ice Elemental Dragon

According to data miner ChowZ, the Wild Rift Ice Dragon will be released on May 25, 2023, as part of the patch 4.2 update. This patch will also mark the start of Ranked Season 10 and Wild Pass Season 13.

Although specifics of this Ice Dragon are still being kept under wraps, ChowZ’s fan concept from July 2022 gave players a taste of what was to come.

Players should know that this is just a concept and in no way represents the actual buffs that the upcoming Ice Dragon will have in Wild Rift. This is not the “confirmed” description, despite what some posts might have you believe.

In 2022, Wild Rift took the Cloud Dragon out of the game because, in their opinion, it wasn’t as useful as the other Elemental Dragons. Despite the fact that League of Legends on PC already has a replacement for the removed elemental dragon variant (Hextech Dragon), Riot Games has yet to release it for the mobile version of the game. It will be interesting to see how the Ice Dragon expands the tactics available to teams in Wild Rift.

About League of Legends: Wild Rift

League of Legends: Wild Rift is an Android and iOS multiplayer online battle arena mobile game developed and published by Riot Games. The free-to-play game is a fork of the PC game League of Legends. The goal of the game, which is similar to the League of Legends PC version, is to destroy the opposing team’s base. Each League of Legends: Wild Rift match is distinct, with all champions starting out relatively weak but gradually increasing in strength through the accumulation of items and experience. A variety of genres, including high fantasy, steampunk, and Lovecraftian horror, have influenced character design.
