Genshin Impact fans, rejoice! Leaks have surfaced hinting at the potential character lineup for Version 4.6 Event Banners, and it promises a fiery mix of fresh faces and highly-anticipated reruns.
Genshin Impact 4.6: Pyro Powerhouses and Familiar Faces Headline Leaked Banners
While the arrival of the fiery Fatui Harbinger, Arlecchino, in Version 4.6 was no secret, the identities of other banner characters remained shrouded in mystery. Recent leaks, however, shed some light on HoYoverse’s plans.
The leaks suggest HoYoverse is prepping a compelling mix of new faces from Fontaine and highly anticipated reruns. While Neuvillette and Kazuha might grace the banners again in Version 4.5’s second half, Version 4.6 seems poised for Wanderer and Baizhu reruns. This information, shared by Dimbreath on Twitter and relayed on the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit, also hints at Lyney, a Pyro bow user, joining Baizhu on the banners.
Here’s a breakdown of the leaked Version 4.6 banner characters:
- Arlecchino (5-Star Pyro Polearm)
- Lyney (5-Star Pyro Bow) (New Character)
- Wanderer (5-Star Anemo Catalyst)
- Baizhu (5-Star Dendro Catalyst)
It’s important to remember that HoYoverse isn’t afraid to shake things up! We recently saw Itto and Albedo’s scheduled appearances in Version 4.3 banners get pushed back to Version 4.5. While Baizhu’s rerun might seem surprising, it positions him perfectly to be featured on the new Chronicled Banner system after Version 4.6.
Following this logic, a Shenhe rerun in Version 4.7 is a possibility, but pure speculation at this point. Version 4.6 is expected to be dominated by Arlecchino’s arrival, but more importantly, it paves the way for the introduction of Petrichor and Remuria, two highly anticipated locations that will nearly complete the Fontaine region. Brace yourselves, Travelers, because the next major map expansion – Natlan – is rumored to arrive with Version 5.0!
